After a period dedicated to the figurative, the need arose to break with defined contours—not as a rejection of form, but as an opening to the freedom of gesture, to the suggestion of the invisible, sometimes the surreal. Abstraction comes not as a break, but as a continuation: a space to breathe, to take risks, to experiment, while maintaining some narrative connections with the body and the symbolic.
